Description

The Bo is a long staff weapon, averaging 71 inches in length.  Used widely in Eastern martial traditions, particularly in feudal Japan where the name, Bo, originates. Focuses on striking techniques such as thrusting, swinging, and sweeping. Defensive techniques include various blocks and defense oriented striking combinations. This foam covered rubber Bo is easy to work with as it  light in weight and easy to grip.
